Rita Brown an alumnus of Yoga Alliance Foundation is quickly rising to influence and power as a leading Yoga Instructor in the wellness industry. She has been teaching yoga since 2020 and has been a lifelong learner in a variety of movement practices such as Power Vinyasa, and martial arts.
